I do not normally write reviews but I felt that it was necessary. It seems like everywhere you go lately Customer Service is a lost art, but not at Tanfastic. I signed up for a tanning package a few weeks ago at the Parnall Rd location. The employee introduced herself (her name was Abbey), took me all around the store and explained to me what the beds were and what they do. Then she spent time with me trying to find the perfect lotion for me. She made me feel so comfortable. Ever since then I have had nothing but a positive experience. The girls all greet me by name and are so willing to answer my questions and help me to get the best tan. I will continue to tan here because I am very satisfied
