        It's been a nightmare since for seven months. Several different techs here to install then troubleshoot system. They sent kids here to install the system, screws protruding through opposite wall. Plug in the camera to an nearby outlet. "That's standard practice" we were told. Some security. Just unplug the camera. Getting devices to work and show up on phone ap extremely time consuming. Store rep accused us of sabotging the system when they couldn't make it work. Can 't count the times their technicians have been back trying to get the system to work. Spent hours on the phone with nest and Google. When they couldn't get the system to work, they blamed the wi-fi. Didn't tell us that may be a problem. Had to switch wi-fi-provider. That too was a nightmare changing usernames and password and re-connecting all devices. Just awful. Can't believe the time I have invested in this mess. System still doesn't work as it should. Did I mention awful? This should be simple. It wasn't.
