Advance Employment Services

I have only worked for them 4 days, as a flagger. I have had so many problems and when I ask for help they will not give me any. I cant stand this place. A lady by the name of molly started yelling at me over the phone because she saids its my fault. but I have had severl people call for me. So its not me. I am so done with this place. I will never work for them again.

I just wanted to make it clear to people out there that the girls at advanced are wonderful they do what they can to make everyone happy they make me feel wonderful. Most people who work in there line of business see so many different faces a day and deal with so many different people. They have made me very happy I would recommend anyone to go there if u really do wanna work that is. If u don't wanna work why waist there time

I work for the call center that is ran by advance. Very lousy place to work and everyone will agree. I've been there 2 years and I'm miserably depressed everyday. They treat is like robots and expect more then what they pay us for. I'm so unhappy here. Along with EVERYONE there. Don't work for advance at call center. I know jobs are scarce in Jackson but its not worth the 8 dollars an hour they pay. Please dont work here. Hopefully soon they will go out of business if enough people stop working for them. awful awful awful place to work.
