        new managment needed

        i have learned that the new big lots of jacksoro tn needs alot of work from managment to employees and not in the hireing sence the main manager needs a attitude adjustment he is rude and dosent seem like he should even be in the bizz.then there is the employees some better workers than others but yet most the good ones either get less or no hours than the ones that dont deserve them i mean dont the term good worker mean someone that is on time does what there soppost to. polite.. works when is called in.
