Le Nails

Horrible , coustomer service . Usually theyre great but recently theyve started hiring people with no expirence . My nails are disgusting tried calling to fix them and no answer each time . Ive called 7 times already .

I went to Le Nails a couple of days ago to have my uv gel nails filled and have a pedicure. I hadade an appointment but apparently they didn't write it down because one person was doing my pedicure while the other my nails. I didn't like having both done at the same time, it was very awkward. The next day one of my nails broke because she had made it too thin. I went back and asked them to fix it and change the polish. They did it but put the gel top coat on before the Polish was dry and now I have ripples in my polish! It looks bad!!!! I will never go back there!!!! Also, I asked for a waxing service, she said she could do it but as my nails were drying, 2 women walked in for pedicures and she started them and apparently forgot about my waxing!!! Very poor customer service!!!

I have had tips before but never to where they didn't chip off after the first week. They took their time and did an awesome job. I have had many compliments on them. Had a couple of fill-ins and you cannot even tell where they filled in. Also very reasonably priced!! Glad I found them.
