- Established in 1994, Armstrong School of Dance offers classes for all ages in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical and hip-hop dance forms. It conducts a September-May season that ends with a year-end performance at Ithaca College to celebrate the accomplishments made throughout the year. In addition to this, the school offers summer classes and camps to students of all ages. The dance art camp for five-to-nine year olds includes musical theater, swimming, arts and crafts and all varieties of dancing. Pre-teen/teen summer camp designed for the level II, III, IV and team dancer includes daily lessons in a variety of dances as well as choreography workshops, musical theater, hair/make-up, arts and crafts and swimming.

The owner of this studio has no respect for anyone. They spend all year trying to teach old style dances to kids, and try and suck money from parents. If you like poor management, rude behavior and a toxic environment, then this is the place for you.
The owner of this studio, Karen, does not respect the girls or their opinions. She is unapproachable, has favorites, and doesn't care about anything but money.
