Great Dentist terrible, terrible, service. We all loved Dr Kim but the front desk made many, many mistakes with the billing and refused to work with us to resolve the problems. They were rude, dismissive and incompetent. All in all the worst experience we have every had with any health professional. Our insurance company identified many mistakes that Dr Kim's front office made but what can you do when the front office refuses to work with you? Our kids are very disappointed that we can no longer go there which just makes the whole experience worse. I am a small business owner myself and would never let my brand be ruined by the staff. Please Dr Kim listen to your patients.
