Opened in January, 2017, The Blue Seafood Restaurant and Oyster Bar is the newest addition to Islip. We feature freshly-caught seafood and shellfish from our Long Island waters, and a variety of dry aged meats from the finest local purveyors. You can enjoy innovative entrees, an ala carte raw bar, and house-made desserts. The Blue Bar is the perfect place to enjoy one of our nautical-inspired craft cocktails. With happy hour everyday, and a special bar menu, you won’t want to leave. Our main dining room is warm and sophisticated with a fire place and glass sliding doors that open up to the Village. The Pavilion features an all-glass dining room, with views of the outside patio. It is the perfect venue for your private catered event. If you love the outdoors, come dine under the stars or sit with a glass of wine or snifter of cognac in our outside patio area (Open spring, summer and fall and equipped with special heaters).
