I currently have Verizon Fios and I must say its been Great all around. But, I do have a little problem with them. I will be moving soon to the grapevine area(Verizon covers this area) where I'll live there for about 7 months and then to South Texas after that, so naturally I wondered if they supported the South Texas area that I would be moving to in about 7 months.After calling the service rep and finding out that they do not cover this area, the service rep kindly informed me that if I moved to an area that was not supported by Verizon fios that I would have to pay the early disconnection fee. About $165 bucks for just the internet alone, not including if I had the TV packages etc. This was very frustrating to me and I asked the Service Rep how she felt about that situation. She said " I don't not agree with it at all but Verizon doesn't ask the reps how we feel" So If any of you are looking at Verizon for your service provider but may be moving in the future its important that you plan ahead and check if they cover any areas that you may be moving to in the future before signing up. Course you could always go month to month with them but your looking at around a $20 increase to your bill per month compared to the yearly contracts. To sum it up, great services but lacking flexablity for those of us moving around alot.
I am a new customer to Verizon Wireless and after visiting this store I was so impressed. When you first walk in the door you instantly feel welcomed with a friendly greeting. I have been to this store many times for new service, sometimes with phone issues or billing concerns but I always leave happy. They really know how to treat their customers at this store. The sales rep Brian was very helpful and he patiently showed me different features of my phone even though he had customers waiting for him. I have also been helped by Lisa and Bauduine with phone and billing issues and they are always friendly and very helpful. The store manager Judith is also very friendly and it seems like she lives there because I always see her whenever I stop by. I will probably never leave Verizon with this kind of customer service because I know I won't find it anywhere else.
