        We contracted in March, 2008, to have the shower stall and countertop replaced in our master bath with the promise that the work would be completed by the end of April. As these are custom made items with colors to match the existing built-in Jaccuzi tub, we thought that was reasonable. They started the installation yesterday, October 6, 2008, and went to Plano this morning to work on another job there. The countertop was measured incorrectly; finished product, after remeasuring and remolding, is still .5" too short and the measurements for the shower stall were also incorrect. They are now trying to cobble the job up to make it acceptable to us. When I complained, I was told that I could have cancelled at any time. Had I done so, they would have kept our $5000 advance payment. While the actual installer is nice and trying to make things right, the management is RUDE AND INEFFICIENT!

        Every time I come in there I enjoy every second. Like a boy in a sandbox. Endless isles of tools and opportunities, and like the commercial the people who work their will help you all the way. All knowledgeable, but small in quantity.
