On late Sep 2016 I came to this Ontrack Staffing office to apply to Laptop Repair/Computer Repair position and then handed my resume, filled application, finished job test on papers, and filled a lots of papers regarding to Ontrack policy and agreement. After that, I was told to wait about a week for interview.

Within the next 10 days, no one called me. So I called them and a guy name Emmanuel, who just started working 1 day ago, told me to resend me resume or submit online on workintexas.com / otstaffing.com because he didn't know me nor found my profile in his system. I didn't agree and asked him to ask his manager to find my profile in papers. He then said "Do you want to proceed or not cuz I don’t have to submit you". I'm dumb. What a nice support! What a wasting time w/ them.

I got a call on Oct.5 2016 from an Ontrack Staffing Agent name Brandon.......he leaves a message that he has a job opening in the area I witch I applied.so I return his call,he answers the phone and he stated he does have a position opened and if I could make it into the office before noon that day he could get me going this week.so I drive to Irving, get there at 11:30 A.M. he spoke with me at 1:15 P.M. about the open position.he also mentioned another position in Dallas area that would be closer to me. I told him I could accept the position, and the distance didn't matter.so he said ok i'll send your information over to the client and he asked if I could call him back about 3:00 P.M. to check the status.I called back and was told he had car problems while out to lunch,so I called back the next day.Oct.6 2016 at 9:30 A.M. then the BS started.long story short Brandon went from "I'll send your information over to the client",to "I don't send the information to the client". then he turns and offer me a General Labor position that has nothing to do with what I had applied for. its like this,as soon as you get so desperate that you start working General Labor, from that point on its going to be a part of your Resume and each time you look for the career you really want .General Labor is going to be the first thing on your Resume because it will be your most recent work exoerience.

The front office operator MARTA was and IS a VERY RUDE PERSON. She call an emergency contact of an applicant accusing them of something they did not do or were aware of. WILL START TELLING my acquaintances to look elsewhere like APPLE STAFFING they are AWESOME and HAPPY FACES even on their bad days. So upset.

Thank you OnTrack for helping me find a job. It was super fast and super easy. I definitely would recommend to all my family and friends who are looking for a job. I feel like they are very thorough and help explain everything and give great tips on interviewing and resume writing.

I have never been ashamed to be Mexican until the day I went to on track staffing. All Hispanic staff that was just pain lazy. I've never waited so long just to speak to someone. after 4 they just stop working period. So much bs paperwork. No stars for this place. Very poor.
