Do not use Met Life---ever--- to acquire any type of mortgage. The underwriter assigned to our account used absolutely no common sense when evaluating information and continually requested additional detailed information weeks after the loan should have been processed. They obviously have a complete lack of training and supervision for their loan processors. Despite the fact that we could have paid cash for five homes of this same size and price, we were given an incredible amount of scrutiny, including questioning our integrity.
