  Re-schedule for 10 minutes late driving around ..
  
  Recently I went there for the first time with my son for a pediatric apointment I had.Their building looked little confusing to me so I called them to know their exact location.Between that I got late for 10 minutes.When I reached the girl said I have to reschedule it.I was so surprised to hear that.She knew I was trying to reach her.It was really a unpleasant experience for me.I had to adjust so many things that day to keep the appointment.My hubby managed to get off to work early because of our transportstion problem.We requested the girl saying that we can wait a little if she can put me somewhere.She denied.I don't know about the doctors here but for the service I received I am not going back there. Also I didn't like the pediatrics place with no toys or playing activities for kids where most places have them to keep the kids busy while waiting.
