        Their hot and ready guarantee ...

        Their hot and ready guarantee is a joke. Every single time I've been to this location they never have cheese pizzas ready. They're ready to take your money and they will definitely take the sign down guaranteeing hot and "ready" pizzas yet they will make you wait up to 10 minutes for something that is advertised and guaranteed immediate.
