Jefferson Park Apartments

The worst thing that happened here was my vehicle was vandalized. The side was scratched, $700.00 worth of three paneled keying that looked to be child height and child like but deep. Mine was the third vehicle keyed or scratched by rocks.The problem is a lot of unsupervised small children play in and around the parking lots. There are also rough rocks used in landscape areas next to the cars. I witnessed children throwing rocks on several occasions.



Upon leaving we received 1 bill for damages to the blinds. We were so glad just to be out of there we paid it.Then we find out our check was never cashed and we had been turned over to collections. We were never contacted by phone or mail.
