I wanted to advise you and want to recognize one of your service advisors Mr. Curtis Shell, Jr. I am a 4 time Honda owner; I have purchased all my Honda cars at John Eagle Honda. However, my service experience with their service department has at times been far from pleasant. I always felt as I was being overcharged for too many unnecessary services and felt that I was just another quota being met for the day. I began servicing my Honda Civic last year at David McDavid, my first experience was with Mr. Shell and he was very professional and courteous making me feel like his only important customer. Since that experience, all my service calls have been with David McDavid. I visited your service department today, and Mr. Shell was my service advisor, again with his courteous and very professional attitude he assisted me and recommended services for my car that were needed. I never felt pressured nor felt as he was just trying to take my money (which with the economy being what it is these days) is very precious to me. I just wanted to make you aware of what a wonderful service advisor you have in Curtis Shell, Jr. and wanted to make sure his customer service and professionalism are acknowledged. He is a “Top Block" service professional in my book!
What an amazing experience I had at David Mc David Honda! I really am grateful for the all time astonishing customer service that Marc and the team had! I’m quite pleased how they walked me through the showroom, finance and even maintenance for my new car! Before I even walked in through the dealership doors, I thought to myself what a great car selection they have… also the cleanliness of the dealership. Now the type of person that I am… I am not going to let that fool me and have some “meet my quota guy” buy me off! Well I did a little research before I walked in… I researched online and I just needed to pay them a visit… So now I’m here and I do have a car to trade in for a more reliable and better looking vehicle! I had my eye on one particular car and that was a 2011 Honda Pilot and it had to be white! I know a bit picky however I need to get this “particular” car because I’m going to be a dad soon and of course we need space! Marc did an amazing job on explaining and really putting everything down on the table. Now we drive a 2011 Pilot and we absolutely love it and of course grateful for David Mc David and the team that helped us make this happen!
I wanted to let you know what I think of your salesman, and our car buying experience..............This is the first time I have been to McDavid Honda, and Chad Ford made the task of buying a car very pleasant. A real people person with skills. I’m not comfortable with the transparency of most $ale$men, but Chad made us feel comfortable and at ease while we looked the car over and asked many questions. No pressure, and downright friendly. It also helped that the car was super clean and priced where my son can afford it working part time while in college. We completed the transaction in about 90 minutes and were ready to go.
