The Senior's Choice

We joined the Seniors Choice as non traditional members after already starting our business and not as a start up. We have found the Seniors Choice to be a real value from the stand point of many years of their operating experience in the home care industry. Not only do we get the benefit of the operating techniques and coaching but the friendships and exchange of ideas from the other members.Steve and AnNita and there team are always available and willing to lend a hand and the core value is family and assisting each member be successful in the industry. We are working into our tenth year of business and appreciate the ability to operate our business independently and not as a franchise and still have the Seniors Choice to lean on when needed. The Senior's Choice was just what we needed when starting up our home care agency. Neither my husband nor I had any experience in running a business nor any experience in the home care industry. The Senior's Choice gave us all the tools we needed to successfully get our business up and running and we broke even in just 9 months! The 4 days of training, the "business in a box", and the ongoing support from both the staff and all the other Senior's Choice members were just what we needed to be successful home care agency owners. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering starting a home care agency.

We've been members of The Senior's Choice since 2003 and feel this organization is absolutely outstanding. The training, resources, Webinars, and conferences are outstanding. The staff is quick to respond to our calls and will bend over backwards to assist us. Steve and his staff do really listen to the members. Many of the tools and resources have been created through the requests made by members.

The Senior's Choice is a great organization. We joined in 2003 when we started Sequoia Senior Solutions and we are still members. Independently to how many years of experience you have as an Home Care provider, you can always benefit from being a member. We have received initial and ongoing training, coaching, marketing material, employees handbooks, and more. There are regular and ad hoc forums for members to share ideas, best practices, or simply to give support to each other. We also benefit from the many conventions where we are educated about new products and technologies that can support our business. Overal, The Senior Choice is a great way not to be alone when running your own company. That is the reason I chose it and it has delivered well beyond my expectations.
