Paul, the tech that came out to repair our gas range, was fantastic. He let me know when he was 15 minutes out, arrived promptly and very quickly resolved the problem with our middle burner. He also offered to check our stove while he was here and I asked him to look at this weird noise our fridge was making and he was happy to do so.

"When my refrigerator's dispenser control board failed, it fried the main control board and the whole fridge stopped working. Even worse, the replacements for the dispenser control board are no longer available - it looked like I was going to need a whole new fridge.

Somehow, MDTECH was able to locate the necessary replacement parts despite their scarcity. Carlos came over and installed them promptly, quickly & correctly, and turned what had been a major home appliance crisis into a totally solved problem!

Paul was very professional, clean, complete in his disassembly and reassembly of the dishwasher (so we could continue using it in its half-broken state), and thorough. Paul is fantastic! We've been having dryer issues the past few weeks then got a used one - which stopped working after a week! Paul called us over Thanksgiving weekend after we submitted the online form and came to check out the dryer - ordered a part and it was fixed the next Monday. He is courteous, reliable, a no BS kinda guy. We will keep his number handy. Well worth the money for reliable service!

Paul answered my phone call promptly the second time around (first time I got no response -- go figure :-) and more or less knew what the problem would be over the phone (fridge water leak was the symptom). He came over on the agreed upon date, fixed the issue (it's been fine so far) and charged more or less what he quoted off hand over the phone. I'd recommend and use Paul again.

"My washer wouldn't drain. It kept giving me an error code: nd. (no drain) So, I searched online and found MDTECH Appliance Service. I scheduled an appointment online for the next day and saved $10 on the service call for doing this online.

Paul called me in the morning and explained his service charge and told me it would be applied to the repair. How great is that!

Then, he gave me a time slot when he would arrive in the afternoon. He showed up, looked at the machine and told me how much to repair it on the spot. He had the new part in his truck and replaced the part in 20 minutes. I was impressed.

"WOW Just WOW! We couldn't have been more pleased with the advice given to us by the owner MDTECH Appliance Repair. My parents needed a new washer and dryer. He was completely up front and told us not to get one with all the bells and whistles because those parts break down faster. He also recommended to buy American which was very important as parts outside of USA are very hard to get now. Our Maytag dryer (which has never had any issues in the many years we've owned it) started to make a horribly high pitched sound during a time when high usage was required. I booked an appointment through MDTECH online booking for what I thought might be the soonest available. I was pleasantly surprised by an email within a few hours indicating that they'd be able to come the next day & that I would receive a call that next am regarding a time window.

MDTECH did an expert installation of a wall model microwave/oven combination which we purchased from a large retailer to replace an existing model that had broken. The technicians arrived within the agreed time window and got right to work. Replacing wall appliances can be tricky because the new unit may not fit the cabinetry exactly, although it is the "right" size. This was the case with us. Not to worry, though, as MDTech came up with a solution for us. Although they did not have the tools to do minor carpentry work, they were able to carefully remove a small board from the cabinet opening and suggest how it could be cut to fit in order to finish off the job. This is a handyman job that we are confident we can have done easily. The new unit looks and works beautifully. We are quite pleased with MDTech's efficiency and expertise because the retail outlet where we obtained the new appliance told us that the wait time for an installation could be as long as 12 weeks. We will definitely call MDTech the next time we need assistance with our home appliances.
