Snowed in without hot water!

On a sunday our hot water heater died and then it snowed 4 inches that night. we live in a rural area and the roads were bad. Meetze's plumber walked down our driveway over 400ft in the ice and snow to get to our house and fix our water heater. KUDOS!! Hot showers much appreciated.
