Radiance Aluminum Fence

We would highly recommend Radiance Fence. They installed our fence in 2010 and continue to have great service. We recently put a pool in and had half our fence torn down. Danny is the nicest guy ever. He gave us an incredible deal and even upgraded our fence toppers for free. He remembers us the few times we've had to call. It is now 2015 and we are amazed at the follow up customer service 5 years later! Thank you for making our experience a good one. We will gladly tell our friends and family to call radiance for there fences!

Radiance Fence went above and beyond to help us out in getting our fence installed in time for our son's first birthday party. Danny was the sweetest and most helpful, brought us multiple samples and was patient with all our changes. Our new fence is wonderful and my son and dogs love running around that backyard. Driving is a big part of business. They need to reprimand their driver.

We live in northern Bruce Township, Macomb Co. We recently had Radiance put fencing around part of our back yard, to surround a patio area and provide a safe outdoor area for our dog. We highly recommend this company. Dan was easy to work with, and always prompt when visiting the home & work site. He brought a sample of the fence to the home, not just a brochure. Installation was FAST. Workers were friendly and efficient. We didn't get bids on fencing until December. Radiance had the best bid & much faster installation schedule than other companies. They had it installed before any of the horrible winter weather hit us. We are thankful we called them, and would do business with them again.

When looking for a fence contractor, Radiance came recommended by a colleague. We were looking at simple vinyl coated chain link but Danny sold us on aluminum frontage on our 1000 ft project and we are so glad he did - the fence turned out great! The price was right, the install team was great to work with, and Danny followed through on everything he promised. Thanks!

We had three quotes and Radiance was the cheapest......and you know what they say about going with the cheapest quote? Well they are WRONG...... We are happy that we did. Dan was very pleasant and easy to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure the fence was installed in the time frame we originally discussed. He also made some adjustments to his schedule to make up for a mistake that we had made with some of the paperwork. We are very happy with the quality of our fence and have already recommended him to two people.

We love our fence. Radiance fence co. Did a great job. They made sure I was happy. They went above and beyond doing so. Had a few things I worried about and Dan made sure every issue was immediately correct. Have given many references in our sub which have turned into happy customers of Radiance.

After having many fence companies around the Macomb area come out for estimates, Dan with Radiance came out and beat the other competitors by thousands! He is very knowledgeable and wants the customer to be highly satisfied. I definately recommend Radiance fence!!!! Great job Dan!!!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my new Radiance Aluminum Fence! Danny was a very knowledgeable salesman who was very pleasant to deal with. He was always willing to help before, during, and after the installation of the fence. The installation went very well and you can really tell that the crew knows how to install their product. Anytime I had a question for Danny he would get back to me with all the answers I needed. In fact, Danny even helped me save $600 for locating my survey pins! The quality of the product is outstanding and I get compliments all the time. I've had several neighbors from down the street walk all the way over just to find out where I got my fence and who to call for theirs. Great price, outstanding quality, excellent customer service, all with a very short lead time! I was surprised how quickly our job was installed after I placed the order. We were under a time crunch for installation, and Danny made it happen.



I would recommend Radiance Aluminum Fence and their salesman Danny to anyone. Their product is very strong and looks great, and their customer service could not be any better!

Do not use Radiance Fence. Danny the salesman is a rude liar that talks fast and does not listen to a word you tell him after you agree to have him install the fence. He will tell you that Radiance installs their own fence which is not true, they contract it out. I found that out from the crew that installed my fence.He will tell you dont pay until you are happy but after the fence is installed and it is installed wrong and falling apart from day 1 he will not return your calls and ignore you and if you do catch up with him he will tell you he does not have time for you. I had bent bars, stripped screws and scratches form day 1.

The only reason I give them 2 stars and not 1 is because of price. But if I had to do it over again which I am sure I will in a couple years because of poor quality, I would pay the extra money to someone that knows what they are doing.

We were nervous about selecting the right fence company, but I have to say Radiance was by far the best choice! Dan was an excellent salesperson and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The workers were courteous and the job was done in one day. We are very pleased with Radiance fence and would recommend them to all our family and friends. Plus the price was great!
