        Overall

        Fantastic. Perfect sized tent with tables and chairs. Plus was able to get a bounce house all from one company. They do our event every year. I've gone with another company here in Iowa City, and the tents were just not nearly as clean plus the people putting them up with that other company didn't really know what they were doing. So I keep coming back to Big Ten Rentals.

        Good costumer service and quick setup. I was actually worried that things wouldn't be setup in time for my event the next day. Big Ten Rentals arrived with a large crew who have obviously done this once or twice before. I'm glad I left it to the professionals, because it would have taken me a week! Made my party a HIT! Thanks

        Karaoke Machine Rental

        Rented a Karaoke Machine for a wedding reception. One speaker had the wrong connector on it. Had trouble with connections to the microphones all night. It was a constant struggle to make the thing work. Some of the CD's would not play. Terrible customer service would not even listen to me. Would not believe me or offer even a partial refund. Will never do business with them again!!
