We had the most positive experience, we have ever had!!
Joey V was our Salesman. He walked us through each and every step of our trade in and purchase, of a used car.
Never in our 51 years of marriage and buying cars have we had such a good car dealership experience.
Thank you Joey V.

A word to the wise should be sufficient

Warning: service is horrible there. My F150 had an intermittent problem so I took it to two other shops and had diagnostics done. Both gave the same diagnostic codes, one for spark coil, and two for cam sensor. Since one was the cam, I took my truck to Nick Nicholas, our local dealer. I made them aware that I had warranty insurance and they indicated this wasn't a problem and asked for the warranty information. I left the truck the night before and they called me after 3PM next day to tell me I needed a new engine. Here's why: "there's flourescent dye on your A/C parts, so it must not be working", your "oil filter adapter is leaking", and oil on your "serpentine belt has ruined it", and "your engine is shot because it is so bad we can't tell which coil is bad". They wanted $8100 for a long block install. They drove my truck to me and I drove away with no problem...My a/c works great, and there is no adapter between my engine block and oil filter, and you can pull coil wires one at a time and determine which coils are bad. They had no diagnostic codes and had not called my warranty company. They said "we don't deal with warranty insurance claims because they always want us to do repairs their way and not ours". The service manager refunded a $77 diagnostic fee since I was asking so many questions in front of others. He told the service tech to waive the fee and "just get rid of it". You're not even a person there, you're an "it". I'm embarrassed that they do this kind of business in my hometown.

Nich Nicholas service

Reading previous reviews has me wondering. I've taken my 2009 Escape to Nich Nichols Ford in Inverness for service, for the past couple of years, since moving to FL. They have always done an excellent job. Courteous and proficient. So much so that we purchased a 2012 Fusion from them last year. They have been great to us. Never had a problem.

Awesome Dealer

Went there to look at Ford Fusion Hybrid. Greeted by saleman and told to look around and ask if we needed anything. no one bothered us while we were looking. When we were ready for help they were very nice, after test driving a few vehicles we left and told the young man we would come back after we checked out a few other cars we had in mind. He offered us his card and wished us well. No pressure to buy, just what I like. After test driving a Kia own the road and dealing with an obnoxious salesman, we went back to Nick Nicholas Fordand bought a new Ford Fusion. No haggling with prices and received a great deal on our trade. Could not have asked for a better deal! Things were so great here we decided that a few weeks later we went back in and traded our other car in on a F150 Truck, again we got top dollar on our car and good deal on brand new truck. I will definitely be back in about 5 years and do it all over again.

Simple oil change and wiper blade replacement gone wrong.

I had my 2011 Ford Focus in for a simple oil change and wiper blade replacement at Nick Nicklas Ford in Inverness,fl. November,2nd 2011. The following day i returned because the wiper blades were installed incorrectly and after further inspection the air filter was not cleaned. The departement manager told me it was a simple mistake by the service tech.I would refer it as laziness.

Service

Service department was not good at all...We got truck used from Sun State with 6,000 miles within 12 hours to have engine light to come on...The truck had a problem and was returned by first owner and instead of service dept fixing it they just cleared the code...We had to have a new Turbo put in, which I can state that ford did take care of it...We should of returned truck at that time, but we had friends and family working there in the service dept.(Friend/family did not work on truck, but had service info about truck)The next couple of years truck was good. Then had a problem with a blown head gasket, (2006 F250 diesel 6.0) had service done at Nick Nicholas Ford that was closer to home was return 4 time with problems of returning workers kid toys left in truck, cab not attached to frame, oil leak, broken wire harness holder and things broken off radiator. So We drove over a hour to Sun state thinking that we had nothing to worry about..Service Dept horrible!!!! Very sad!!!
