Mattress One

Avoid this business like the plague! On 12/6/2016 we purchased a mattress from this store and paid in advance via credit card. On 12/8 we received a mattress, however, it was not the one we ordered. The store manager, Tom, promised me that a truck would come the next day to exchange the mattress. This never happened. After 4 days of waiting for the exchange, Tom informed us that the mattress we bought was not available. On 12/14, we returned the mattress to the store and were promised that a refund would be forthcoming. It is now 12/23 and we have not received a refund. The store manager gave us a phone number for Mattress One main office. They do not answer the phone except for an automated voicemail system. They do not return phone calls. Check the Florida Attorney General website. They have received government action in terms of being forced to sign a Compliance Agreement, and have been forced to refund money to 251 complainants. In our case, they are in violation of the Compliance Agreement. Check the Better Business Bureau. AVOID Mattress One and its sister companies.

Mattress One by Panera in Inverness. I bought my Queen from them a year and half ago..i love it and got a reasonable price. Went in yesterday and purchased a new twin set for my daughter. Really good price...and was supposed to pick it up today. Well the lady called to tell me it didn't make it on the truck from the wearhouse.. So i was concerned because my dad is a busy man and he made sure he had time TODAY to pick it up for me... They are going to deliver it for free tomorrow for the inconvenience. I call that exceptional customer service.

My hubby and I went mattress shopping for our 41st anni. Our 2nd place was Matt. One. We purchased a Kingsgate pillowtop, will be delivered on Sat. We found manager Sean Powers to be personable and helpful, no pressure. I hope to give raving reviews of our new bed after a month or so of sleep testing.
