This is an excellent repair shop!
I would definitely take my care there again. They do good work and helped me deal with the insurance company! Also, they detailed the interior and exterior of my vehicle after the repair work was done. It looks better now than before the accident!

This is a review for the customer service only as I have a family friend who owns a body shop that does this work for beyond cheap that no place can beat the price.



If you get a chance to deal with TJ you are in luck. Here is exactly what happened. I got into an accident a block away from an apartment I was taking a look at. While exchanging information TJ comes up to talk to me and informs me that he works for an auto shop thats close by. He was extremely helpful and courteous while we were sorting everything out. He calls the tow truck for me and has it towed back to his shop. Afterwards he drives me to the apartment so that I can see it and waits for me while I take the tour and talk to the current resident. He then drives me to his shop and helps me start out the process of making a claim and such. I was ready to go with them but I was swayed by my father who said it would be basically free at the other shop and you can't beat free. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful. Based on the way I was treated and the attitude they had even when they didn't get the business, excluding towing and storage, I would definitely use this place if I didn't have my previously mentioned connection.

I took my vehicle here & i was very satisfied with my repair there customer service is EXCELLENT. I didn't know what expect being that this was my 1st accident all i knew is i needed a car & i didn't have rental coverage in my policy,they assisted me with everything and they helped me with a rental.Marisa took care of EVERYTHING. I highly recommend Airport Collision to anyone. & my car look brand new love it!

I have had three different vehicles repaired there and it is a wonderful place the service is excellent and Marrissa is the best she is always so patient and kind. The owner explains step by step what to expect and the staff keeps you updated on time frames. I have been getting my collision repairs and paint repair done here for years. Keep yp the good work.

The employees are wonderful. The customer service is exceptional. Everyone I spoke to stayed on top of the repairs, especially Hiro. Especially in an awful situation, as in a car accident, you need someone on your side!

I've NEVER had a problem using their service. Yeah it's a wait to get your car fixed but hey that's how it goes when you want your car fixed right.. A-1 service and Mr. Hiro does wonders & not to mention will help you with whatever you need!!

I brought my car here after a fire in my carport a few months ago. This is the SECOND car we have had repaired at Airport Collision. Hiro is very knowledgeable, and understanding. His staff is very friendly and never had an attitude even when I called multiple times. My car went in looking like a burned marshmallow and came out looking like it was fresh off of the lot and it is a 12 year old car! I was so happy with their service and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to repair their car damage. The paint was glossy and matched perfectly, and he even detailed it and touched up some scratches on the opposite side for me! I will say that my car did sit for a week before it was worked on, but this is because he had to order the parts. I wish I would have known, I would have driven my car until the parts came in and saved on my rental, but the service, quality and staff are great here!

Oh My GOD... Took them a while, but I'm not complaining AT ALL, the paint job was well worth the wait....THANK YOU AIRPORT Collision Repair Center. I would recommend anyone who needs a paint job to bring your car to these guys....100% SATISFIED!

Airport Collision has fixed my car several times and I have to say I have never had any problems with there work. My car always looks good when they are done, The staff are good they are better then most repair shops.Hiro is a very nice guy and I would recommend Airport Collision to anyone.

I got in a car accident and was sent to this shop by a friend. In a day and age where good customer service is a thing of the past unless your spending a lot of money. I was plesantly surprised by my experience. They are a family owed business with the look of a dealership.The office staff and owner were professional and understanding of me having a million questions. They gave me a enterprise rental car right away at their expense eventho i wasn't sure of rental on my policy.The next day they had contacted my adjuster and things were underway.They contacted me several times thru out the procedure letting me know what was going on with my insurance company or my repairs. The repairs were completed quicker than i thought that they would be. And when i saw my baby fully detailed, they even waxed out a few scratches I had. I went from broken to beautiful. I would reccomend their shop to everyone. They even guaranty the repairs for the whole time I own my car.Hopefully no more finder binders for me but if so I know where to go, to be taken care of right.
