I love my stylist...Becki!!! I NEVER have to wait for an appointment...she's always on time!!!

Very appealing full service salon. everything state of the art, full line of products and services, a very professional staff. Had received a gift certificate and booked a massage. Woke up that morning with the flu, I called first thing around 8:00am to cancel the appointment and was told that I could cancel but that they would still charge me for the service because it was less that 24 hours before the appointment (6:00pm). I felt this was completely unreasonable and will have to think twice about returning.
