spicy, spicy, spicy. But delicious. The service is a bit hit-or-miss, but always pleasant. The food quality, & size of this location, are the two best characteristics. Hunan dishes with fresh, sizzling ingredients that can set your tongue on fire (but don't have to! there are mild versions for the timid diner). It's a great, bustling place to get a table for a boisterous team-bonding lunch (far-away manager in-town for a few days? ignite their palette @ Henry's).

Some of the best Chinese food around.

My family and I love the Natoma Street location. The quality of the food is always excellent. I've never had a bad meal and always feel confident in recommending it to my friends and family. I only wish they were located closer to home. Some of the food is very spice so ask for mild if you can't handle the heat. Try it you'll like it.
