Moving to San Francisco has never been easier! I called freemovingquote and gave them my information on my move! In less that 5 minutes I had received 5 calls from 5 different companies! It could not have been easier! It was so simple and the companies were all very professional and nice. Remember, they are pre-screen movers that compete for your business! I picked a mid-range company that met the needs for my particular move. They showed up on time - completed the move and I didn't have any problems or issues at all. Thanks again freemovingquote.com - I had a great experience and did not waste any time getting quality calls to complete my move. You save me a lot of time and the price was very good too. L. B.

Do Not Use This Moving Referral Service

I submitted a request for a quote and received a call from America Van Lines in Las Vegas approximately 10 minutes after I made the online request. I scheduled my move for 9 am and gave them my credit card info for a deposit. The movers did not show up until after 7 PM. They were exhausted and had not eaten since they started their first job at 8 am that same day, and the truck was 1/3 filled with "stuff " from moves done earlier in the day. Moreover, I provided the shrink wrap because they had run out and were already so late they did not want to go back to the office and get more! I tried to reschedule but the owner, "Ronnie" insisted that his crew would arrive well rested and he would "give me a good deal" with 3 movers instead of 2. After 2 hours he tried to charge me for 4 hours and claimed that he did not take the $50 deposit because my card declined. Well, as it turned out, they did get my deposit and I was overcharged the $50 (better than the $250 they tried to overcharge me). The movers were so tired they just dropped my boxes in the garage and my furniture in the middle of the rooms. The movers themselves were actually very nice. Just very tired. The owner on the other hand was far from professional. When I called FreeMovingQuote.com to complain, they had my name and quote request, but denied knowing anything about the company they referred me to - America Van Lines. They insisted I had called the wrong company, but I requested one quote from one company, and they claimed to not know who America Van Lines is! Hard to believe I was cold called by America Van Lines 10 minutes after I submitted by request for quote to Free Moving Quote.com. I have moved 5 times in my life and I can say without hesitation that this was the worst experience I have ever encountered. Buyer Beware!

Once i finished filling out the form, I received 4 calls within 20 minutes. I like the fact that the form is a one step from.
