Adoption Services, Inc. believes that every child has the right to be a permanent member of a family and that adoption is a lifetime commitment for both parents and child.

We are a private, non-profit child placing agency licensed by the State of Wisconsin with offices in Appleton, Greater Milwaukee, and Waukesha. Adoption Services, Inc. was established in Green Bay, Wisconsin in 1984. In 1991, we expanded our services to the Appleton area and in 1999, to the Waukesha and Greater Milwaukee area. We provide various services to ensure you have a successful adoption. Adoption Services is a partnership agency with Adoption Associates, Inc., Children s Home & Family Services, and Great Wall China Adoptions.

All of our services are free of charge for birthparents. We offer free and confidential counseling to explore your options of parenting, and your options of making an adoption plan. We also provide referral services to other community resources that can help during your decision making process and after. It is never easy for birthparents to make their decision to place their child for adoption. Our services will provide you with the tools you need to come to an appropriate parenting plan for you and your baby.
