How can I order a Big Box container? Simply complete the brief online scheduling form or contact us at 1-888-BIGBOX1. We' ll schedule a convenient delivery time that works best for you. The paperwork (rental agreement, etc.) can be signed at the time the Big Box is delivered.

Can the Big Box be left outside for extended periods while I load my items into it? We offer each client the time to load their items into the Big Box. During the loading period, each Big Box is covered by a weather-resistant cover that protects the container & its contents against the elements.

Can you load the Big Box for me? While we do not actually participate in the loading process, we do work w/ several moving companies that can handle the task for you. The loading would then take place in conjunction w/ the delivery of the Big Box (es).

Do you charge for the delivery & pickup of the Big Box containers? Delivery & pickup is free w/ the commitment to a minimum storage term. Feel free to view all of our great rates as listed on our price list.

Where will my Big Box be stored? Your Big Box(es) will be stored inside a centrally-located, secure storage facility. As Big Box Storage has a facility in each metropolitan area that it services, please contact us for the address of the facility closest to you.
