Elements holistic wellness is the creation of a long time dream of creating a multi-disciplined clinic bringing in Therapeutic Massage, Chiropractic & Naturopathic practitioners. This dream became Elements Holistic Wellness. My'chell has a very organic approach to health and well being, she places great emphasis on treating the "Whole Person", emotionally, physically, and energetically. Her number one priority is to educate her clients so they are able to understand Traditional Chinese Medicine and make better lifestyle choices.

Dr. O'Leary, carries a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine practicing both disease prevention and acute/chronic ailments, she believes that the body has an amazing ability to self-heal yet sometimes needs a little support and direction. Everyone has their own healing process and Dr. O'Leary meets patients where they are in their healing journey.

Completing the clinic is the massage services team. With a deep belief in therapeutic and beneficial massage treatment these therapists create a deeper sense of relaxation through various modalities.
