With over 30 years of experience, we're we are the first AAA repair facility in Idaho and have received awards for customer service. Our facility has 18 service bays and 9 Tech's that are all ASE certified in all areas of service. We can handle ANY repair from Auto, Truck and Semi Repair to Farm Equipment and Tractor Repair. Country Repair features a full service in house parts Dept. We have Internet access to Ac Delco, Napa, and CAR QUEST. Towing strives to provide professional towing services with clean trucks and uniform operators. All operators are Wreckmaster Certified. Trucks are equipped with state of the art equipment ranging from specialized straps for recovery to remote winches to navigation systems. Thank you so much for taking car of my 16 year old son and his pickup...he was 4 hours from home and his alternator went out...UGH! You took care of it quickly and saved my sanity! :0)
Had their flat bed tow truck cut me off on Highway 20-26 this morning.Awesome customer relations. They will never get any business from myself or anyone I know.
Horrible Experience! Had my car towed and was talked into having them repair my car by their towing people. They gave me a large bill for repairs and got my car back in exactly the same condition. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car but charged me anyway. Be careful in dealing with them - not to be trusted.
We were stranded in silver city AAA contracts with these guys, the driver is on his way and calls wants more money to use his 4 wheel drive. After talking to him we found out he was in it but said he needed more money anyway, if you contract with a company honor your agreement don't squeeze the customer while they are in need
Good customer service. They stand behind their product. They are willing fix it if they miss up. They have given me good estimates. They have good technicians.
They do everything I want when I take it in and it is done right and I don't have to take it back two to three times to get it fixed and that is why I give them a 10.
I would give them a strong recommendation because they have great service.
I have been going there for fifteen years. They do good work. If they make a mistake they own up to it and make it right. I could not find a better group of guys.
We have used them before in the past, more than once, and we have always been pleased with their service.
When we were looking for service for our MH, Country repair was recommended to us. We arrived at appointment few minutes early, Darwin checked us in and wrote up work order, we came back at descent time with MH done. Darwin and the crew did fantastic job! Thank you and see you next year!
They were thorough, explained everything that you asked, and did a good job on repairs.
They are very efficient at what they do and are reasonably priced and they are honest.
