The isles are so jam packed with racks and racks of clothes, that I felt confused. How do you shop in such a state of distress. The sales people are more interested in talking to one another then to pay attention to the customer. I went there only because I had a gift certificate. I went to the bra counter where 2 salespeople were in deep conversation and they were ringing out each others orders. I had to wait till the saleperson paid before I was waited on. I bought a bra with the certificate and they left the security tag on. I went all the way home and had to come back. I'm not happy

JC Penney, This is a great retail chain with wonderful clean stores. Out of all the locations I have visited this one is the best. It is just a great, clean, and friendly store. I highly recomend shopping there for everything from toasters to clothing.

This opinion reflects only on the employees of the JC Penny in College Station. The customer service in this store is Horrendous! The employees are usually rude and tend to go out of their way not to help you. The fitting rooms are generally in complete disarray. The merchandise is very nice, because JC Penny is a good store. This location however leaves a LOT to be desired.

I agree the shopping at JC Penneys is great! The prices are great expeciall the fantastic sales prices they have all the time. But! the portrait studio is awful! They take forever to get the customer taken care of and they take forever to get you to get yo you to look at your pictures. Also they do not take very many different poses. It almost seem that if the person taking care of you does not like you for whatever reason they just do not put any effort into that sales. Also while selecting your portraits they offer no suggestions. I would not recommend the JC Penneys Portrait studio

JCPenney has the absolute worst web site -- it's difficult to find what you are looking for -- there are NO phone listings posted. Every month when I try to pay my bill online, it's like pulling teeth to log on -- when it should be a simple process. Hire quality web masters and SIMPLIFY!!!!!
