Do not order from any of these 1-800 #'s. Unless they list a physical address, they are merely order gatherers. The people who answer your phone calls have most likely never touched a single stem in their "floral career". I'm sure they couldn't tell you the difference between lisianthus and liatrus.

Buyer beware of brokers like this one? They charge a big fee for their service. They will then send it through Teleflora or FTD. those services take an additional 23 to 30% and by the time it reaches the filling local florist, you have wasted as much as 40% or more of your money?If you call a real florist in the city you want to send to, you will save all that money and all your money will go directly to the flower costs. It will make you really happy then!

Unless you need a bouquet in Vancouver, WA, area, they do not "serve" your area. They are order gatherers that keep a portion of the funds then distribute your order to a true local florist, that does all the work and delivery. By supporting your local florist and your local businesses, your local providers help support local activities, schools, little leagues, Lions Clubs, etc and, they in turn need your support. Keep looking here by scrolling down until you find an advertiser that posts their full physical address, then you have someone in your local area.

I read the reviews and called the phone number and asked for their address they informed me that they were in washington State but didnt give me an address I asked if they were a wire service and the reply was yes. please don't deny in your responses if you don't have anything to deny

Resist the urge to save a few dollars...this has been one of the dumbest decisions I have ever made!! Flowers ordered for Valentine's Day (Thurs 2/14) still have not been delivered as of Fri 2/15 @ 6:00pm!!! What a disappointment to my son and his friend he ordered flowers for!! How embarrassing. OH, and don't even try to call the 800# unless you want to remain on the phone for great lengths of time only to be spoken to very rudely and find absolutely NOTHING out about your order that you didn't already know. I wonder who they really call when they tell you "Let me try to call the driver. I'm sorry I wasn't able to reach him." The only suggestion I have on improvement is for this so-called business to go out of business. Don't bother asking for "Nicole" (the yellow pages.com review responder). They tell you they don't have an employee by that name. I completely agree with all of the other BAD reviews of this business - it's a scam.
