    Poor Website Service

    Posted by maria0121 on 07/18/2008

You would think that this day in age, the website would be more sophisticated. You can't find a location by state. Unfortunately, my car loan is through this bank. What a disgrace! It is seriously ridiculous that I am charged a service fee of $10, if I want to pay my car payment through their website. All my payments are made online and this is the only merchant that charges a fee. My utility companies don't even ask for a fee. When I had a car payment 7 years ago, I was not charged a fee. A damn shame. With all the money they make, you'd think they'd have a better banking system. I would not have selected this bank, but unfortunately, I was not given an option.

Simply the Best! I have been with many other banks and have never experianced both customer service like this! I opened my account at one of the Locations inside of the Domincks stores and they are great. They took all the time I needed and I never felt rushed. The Accounts that Chase has are great. Their online banking is Sooo much better than any other of the banks I have been with. I highly recomend them to anyone

I had a withdrawl from 401K. Large sum, teller told me check would clear in 7 to 10 days. Well when I checked the account the next day, the check had cleared. Thanks Chase.

    Fair

    Changes without Customer Consideration

I was satisfied with Chase so far. Now you suddenly have to have an Activation Code in order to access Online Banking. Well, I'm not one of the poor Microsoft Windows users, so this feature wont work with my operating system. Other banks give you the option whether to register a computer or not, you then have to answer additional security questions. Now I can't access my account online anymore, and "customer service" says there is no other option. I guess I will have to get another account then.

    Total Customer Dis-service

    Posted by VividTraveler on 06/09/2008

If you can avoid doing business with this company, do so at all cost. Unfortunately my mortgage company sold them the loan. 1) The Website won't take a payment, 2) The automated phone system won't take a payment 3) Customer service wants to charge $20 to take a payment. 4) They refer you to the automated systems that don't work, and are typicaly rude if you ask them to wave the difference in the fee because those systems don't work. The nicer employees refer you to go to the branch, where payments may be made free. Of course if you try to use their online branch locator, that doesn't work either. My friend, an A/R accounts manager for a major computer company, had Chase as a client. I won't comment on the status of their payments, but none of their automated systems seemed to work on that end either. My opinion, they should fire their IT department, outsource their Website and Automated Phone Systems, and retrain their entire staff on customer satisfaction and service.

JPMORGAN HAS GOT TO BE THE BIGGEST PIECE OF GARBAGE IN THE BANKING INDUSTRY!!! wHEN YOU MAKE A DEPOSIT YOUR ACCOUNT IS FROZEN FOR 10 DAYS AND NO ONE CAN TELL YOU WHY OR CAN HELP UN FREEZE IT. THEY BLAME THE "BANK" OR "THE COMPUTER SYSTEM" OR JUST PLAY DUMBAND SAY "I CAN'T HELP YOU. I TALKED TO EVERYONE FROM THE BRANCH TO THE IVORY TOWER IN NEW YORK AND GOT THE SAME RESPONSES. I GUESS THEY ARE TOO BUSY BUYING UP OTHER BUSINESSES FOR PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR TO CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS THAT PUT THEM ON TOP. MR DIMON BETTER WAKE UP AND AND TRAIN HIS PEOPLE OR JPMCHASE'S STOCK WILL BE AT 2.00/SHARE TOO. OR MAY HE JUST DOESN'T CARE, HE'S GOT ALL THE MONEY HE NEEDS SO SCREW US!!!!!!!!!!!!!
