Howard's Applaince & Big Screen Superstore

I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator from Howard's in Long Beach, CA. in early May 2008. I was told that the delivery included removal of my old refrigerator and placement of the new refrigerator in the same place. The delivery came around 6:00pm and they new refrigerator was brought into the house first. They said that they could not remove the old refrigerator unless they had two more people to left it over a counter which would cost more money from me. To make a long story short the delivery people left the new refrigerator in my living room and departed. I then looked at the old refrigerator and determind that it could be rolled out of the kitchen which I proceeed to do by myself and out the front door to the garage. I then lifted the new refrigerator over the counter and place it on the kitchen floor and rolled it into place, after connection of the water line to it. Howard's delivery did not perform as I was told they would. What I was told when I purchased the refrigerator was that the delivery would take out the old refrigerator and place the new refrigerator in the place of the old one. Howard's Appliance delivery did not perform that service. Plus they wanted to bring in 2 more people at additional cost to me to lift the old refrigerator over the counter and lift the new refrigerator in place in my kitchen. It seems like a con game to me. I for one will never shop at this business again because they do not perfrom as they say they will perform. A good satisfied customer usually means more satisfied customers to Howard's Appliance and Big Screen Superstore, but they did not do what they said they would do. So I WILL NOT SHOP AT HOWARD'S APPLIANCE & BIG SCREEN SUPERSTORE IN LONG BEACH, CALIFORNIA, EVER AGAIN.
