This was my first time using Done Right, and I couldn't have been happier. From the first phone call I made to them you could already tell that customer service was very important to them as it is to me. Within an hour of calling them for an estimate they were at my door. The work was scheduled and done very promptly and with care.
Thank you Larry for a great job done and I will definitely call you with any future plumbing problems.

In my first ever hiring of Done Right Rooter & Plumbing to replace my leaking water last week, I experienced the most cordial, courteous, and professional treatment ever from a subcontractor. Larry was exceedingly polite and flexible in negotiating his final pricing, in explaining the options, and in performing the work.
Given that I have hired and interacted with subcontractors for over 30 years here in San Jose, this is an extraordinary statement of recommendation for me. I hope that you have the same experience if you hire them.

After trying to clean a clog out myself I called them sight unseen and was pleasantly suprised. Over the phone, the gentleman treated me like a client and not a nuisance. After changing things so that someone could be out this day, he actually told me that it would be within 35 minutes. Usually when you hear that you expect 4 hours, but "Larry" showed up within 30 minutes. He was extraordinarily pleasant, explained things clearly, and again treated me like a person not a "job". Having had clogs before, companies come out, put a snake through once and call it a day, but Larry spent another 15 minutes cleaning the pipe to mitigate reoccurrence.

Done Right Does it RIGHT!

My boyfriend and I just recently moved into the area. I called many Plumbers in the phone book and Done Right was the only one that was prompt in responding to my request. In the same day I requested service, a service man arrived. He wore booties in the house to keep any dirt from his boots all over my floor. I loved that! The next day, I noticed there was still a leak in the bathroom. The owner came over to look for himself. He discovered that the faucet was the problem, not the service, and replaced an even better faucet for us for FREE! I would highly recommend Done Right Rooter and Plumbing. I know we found a great plumber from the start and this is who we will use from now on!

They do it Right

Great service,very very fair priceing. Had a water pipe break called and within 30 minutes Bert was there and had it fixed within 45 minutes. Did not charge me for emergency call and Did it Right.....
Call them you will not be sorry...
