Unbelievable service by all the gentleman I had contact with. The owner Bert kept to his word on the estimate - there was no mess after the replacement to clean up - In the world today the only thing any company really has to sell is service and this company sure proved that from the start of the job when I made the call for the estimate to the end when I made the payment for a job well done.
As the saying goes "Talk Your Walk" and this company sure does what it says it will do. The will go the additional mile if need to complete the job at hand to you the customers satification.

Ernie arrived on time with a great big smile and positive attitude. Ernie completed the somewhat difficult task of replacing the entire stem seat and handle on both shower knobs in a timely manner. He was very nice, pleasant, and easy to talk with. We will for sure use Done-Right Plumbing for future plumbing services, as well as, telling family & friends of the outstanding & quality service we received. We are also considering them for our bathroom remodel.

Bert and his crew did several jobs at my Cupertino home. They always explained what they were doing and why, showed me any bad parts, explained my options clearly, and best of all, left the area clean and tidy when they were done. I recommend them!

Water leak

We had numerous problem with the plumbing in the past, we always deal with many plumbing companies, but Done-Right plumbing is the first honest and fair company that I ever deal with, I recently had a water leak that it was hard to detect, Bert like a professional that he is found the problem and took care of it. My wife and I are very satisfied with the work he's done; I look forward to do business with him again.

Honest and Fair

Unfortunately I had a plumbing issue. The fortunate thing was I called this place. I had called a few places, but I did not like the Vibe I got on the phone. I am fairly suspicious of service places because some are very shadey. When I called here I spoke with Michelle and she oozed Honesty.
I was told how much the service would be based on my description of the problem. The Plumber-Tech John was on Time. He also described in detail my problem after he tried the conventional methods which was not clearing my drain. He scheduled for the next day the fix. and again arrived on time and boom problem gone.
I was very impressed and happy with the work and the price was very fair. I had called a few other places and was shocked at how much they wanted just to come out.. If you want an Honest Business and you have a plumbing problems call this place. No-one likes plumbing problems and no -one likes to be taken advantage of. Honesty goes pretty far and this company is very honest.

John from Done-Right Rooter and Plumbing was very helpful and thorough in his diagnosis of our water heater problem. He gave me a quote and when I told him I wanted to shop around for a better price, told me he would write up the quote with the stated quote to protect our price and yet give us three days to decide if we would go with his company. He told me I had until 3:30p.m. that day (Friday) and if I went past the time a $200.00 charge would be added for the distributor to open up past 3:30p.m. when they close. Unfortunately, spending time calling around did not yield a lower price and I should have just gone with Done Right because by the time I called back it was past 3:30p.m. and Done Right could not
get the distributor to open up without incurring the additional $200.00. Their service was efficient and helpful in finding out why I needed to replace my commercial water heater. Though the finished price came to more than was original quote due to taxes and the $15.00 surcharge, they honored their quote and did not argue over the stated quote. I appreciate their integrity and professionalism in handling a customer dispute. I would recommend them highly for service and would use them again in the future.

We had tried unsuccesfully to have a problem at our establishment fixed. There was a horrific smell throughout our place and our customers were complaining. We called DoneRight and Larry and Bernade showed up. The were knowledgeable, respectful, and they went to work right away! Bernade suggested that the problem could be one of two things--something in the venting or a broken pipe. Sure enough, there was something wrong with the venting and they removed the pipes in search of the smell. They found a lot of debris inside the pipes and they cleaned itup. They first worked in the women's area to eliminate the smell and they continued to clean all the venting in the whole building. The smell has since subsided and our customers are no longer complaining.
If you want a company that will do it right call DONE RIGHT! Their workers are skillfull and trained and get it right on the first try.

Bert's the best

We had a recurring issue with our toilet and bathtub backing up -- and after years of this happening intermittently, we finally called in Bert and his crew. Bert stayed with it and over the past few weeks, we finally discovered that a root had crushed the line to our septic. Bert and his crew dug it up and replaced it -- so I think we finally have some peace of mind. Moreover, Bert's been up to the house himself at least 10 times over these weeks. His level of service and perseverance is astounding.
