I had a tub full of standing water and I had to call a plumber. I found Done Right and they sure got the name right because they had my mess fixed and back to soaking in the tub clean in minutes. What a great place to get your pluming needs met. Call these guys if you have a mess to fix.

Bernie was freaking awesome! He has a bit of an accent, but the dude KNOWS plumbing!
He also knows troubleshooting and problemsolving because my pipes were rattling and he gave me some good suggestions as to why.

Better than expected!

Early Monday morning the water heater starts to drop water in the utility room. My call was answered before 8am without needing to leave a message with a service. The Done-Right truck arrived in less than an hour (as promised) and the required work was completed in 90 minutes. What made this experience even better was that the two representatives were highly communicative, polite and helped me with aspects of the clean-up that I wouldn't have expected them to do. In short, Done-Right meet and exceeded my expectations!

They Live Up To Their Name

I had a toilet replaced with a new low-flush model.
- They were on time
- Bought the toilet I requested and called to verify before purchase
- Kept the area and my house clean - wore shoe covers to protect the carpet, very nice
After the work was done, you wouldn't even know they were there.
- They also were available the same day to replace a garbage disposal, unscheduled work but saved me time and $
by not having to call them out again
- Had all the proper tools and knowledge to complete th job
Over all a very good experience!

Plumbing Repair

I had to find an honest plumber to fix a leaky faucet and spout in one of my bathrooms. I was not looking forward to the challenge as I have had several disappointing experiences with plumbers and estimates that were completely out of my price range, sending one shifty character on his way out the door. I found Done Right Rooter and Plumbing on the internet and was I ever lucky to find Bert!! He arrived on time with a very pleasant demeanor. He carefully explained to me what needed to be done and did a wonderful job repairing the bathroom leak. Awesome Customer's Service

We are very impressed with this company; they truly care about customer's satisfaction. Last month, we had a plumber work on our shower faucet, and although he did his job, we didn't feel that he did enough (BTW, he's no longer with the company). So Bert came and fixed the problem, and gave us a full refund. On a Saturday, 4th of July weekend, no less! And it wasn't even an emergency. We insisted that he take some money for his time and effort (at least to pay for gas these days!), but he refused and told us that customer's satisfaction is his priority. We would definitely use this service again without hesitation.

Done-Right Rooter just re-plum...

Done-Right Rooter just re-plumbed my house in copper, and I am very pleased with the job they did as well as the customer service. Bert and his crew care about getting the job done right--just as the name implies. I called on Monday morning with an emergency leak and Bert was out within an hour. He offered me several solutions with the pros and cons of each. When I decided to replumb, he immediately gave me a reasonable estimate and had the job completed in 3 days. Everything was done with permits and with as little disruption as possible. The crew was competent, hardworking, and diligent. When I have any future plumbing needs, I will definitely call Done-Right. It's a relief to know I have found a reliable and competent plumber whenever I need one. Thank you, Done-Right! You're the best.

I called Done Right Rooter and Plumber due to the excellent reviews they received on YellowPages.com. Eugenio was on time (in fact early) and came on a Saturday morning.
He was knowledgeable and was able to identify the source of the leak and fix it. He gave me the pricing before he began. He also pointed out some non critical plumbing work I should think about having fixed. He did not try to get me to have the work done immediately. I highly recommend Done Right Rooter and Plumbers. I intend to use them again :)

Sounds too good to be true?

I was fairly skeptical about these exceptional reviews on Done-Right since I've had series of bad experiences with other plumbers (especially terrible Cupertino Plumbing; I don't even know why they are still in business). So I decided to call them and find out myself how good Done-Right are for a bathroom problem. Well, like some reviewers mentioned, Larry responded to my call and showed up in 30 minutes, and did everything like the others described. Excellent services! He is one of the owners of Done-Right so he really cares about his business. I will definitely call them for the next Plumbing need.
