Poor, Poor Service

If I could give this agent a rating below "1", I would do it. Levine's office staff consists of Levine & his voice mail. No website, no email address. To top it off, I've searched high and low, Levine appears to have no affiliation with any insurance companies. One of Levine's clients lost control of his vehicle and hit me as I sat stopped at a light over three weeks ago. Though I've left messages, Levine refuses to return my calls. I have no idea if this guy is covered or not. I'm so angry about this that I am considering filing a complaint against him with the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation.
