Good Movie

The theater was clean and elegant. This was the first time I saw a guy that played the organ before the movie started. I enjoyed a glass of wine while watching the movie.

Comfy Cozy and No Stadium Seating
Posted by Laura C. on 03/16/2006
If you love stadium seating than this probably isn't the place for you. The Chase theater is small and comfortable. They show great movies and offer a really good selection of treats! This is one of the theaters in town that serves wine and beer also. Definitely worth going to.

Fun, and a little retro.
Posted by Laura W. on 11/18/2005
When we go to the movies, this is always where we go. It's just got a nice mood. It's such a mix of people, because you can have the people all dressed up who have been out to a nice dinner, or are staying at the chase, and then have the students who live at the chase coming down in their pjs. It's just a little added fun to the going out to the movie.

no need to go to the mall anymore. (this is why i love STL, this is so not Chicago.)Chase Park Plaza hotel has a major movie theater as part of its amenities for guests, tourist and locals. love the ambiance and the clean bathrooms. before an evening show, enjoy the live band in the hallway bar or head down to Cafe Eau for a chickadee party. :)

major theater in a ritzy hotel
Posted by Dianne Z. M. C. on 08/14/2005
you want to go see a late night movie but the suburban mall is closed? is the movie theater filled with kiddie-chicadees? no fear, Chase Park Plaza has grown up hours with movies running well into the night. good music for those who'd like to wait for the movie to start; and they serve beer in the movie theater. what's not to like? nice crowd, first run movies and good snack bar that wont break your wallet.

nice theater.. upscale crowd
Posted by Dan C. on 08/14/2005
This place is in central west end on Lindell inside the Chase Park Plaza. It's clean. It's a bit more upscaled than the normal movie theater. While u wait for the movie to start, u can visit the cafe, bar nearby in the same plaza. U mite think that the tickets probably cost more, but NO! U can even get discount prices.I love this place. Perfect for dates.
