did not stand up to what they sell

i purchased a sunroom from a company called home pros in OCT 07. home pros stated temo gets these rooms to them in 2 week. from time of order 6-8 weeks you have a room. when March 08 got here and i still had no room i wrote a letter to TEMO using both thier info site and contact us site. i explained the whole matter of how much money i have sent and i could not get a room built by home pros.i asked if someone from management could please contact me and it is now april 8th and i have not heard a word from them. this company is only concerned with getting the money and then the excuses come as to why you do not have a room. i finally had to threaten to not receive the room for them to get this going. i woul;d give champion a try and also they will tell you that champion rooms are not as good but you would have a room.if champion would not be good do you think they would stay in business.good luck if you use these people and i sure hope your expierience is 100 times better than mine.home pros out of little rock is the main issue here but TEMO sure didnt step up and help at all.
