    I use this tailor every time I need anything done & I have never had any problems. In fact, it is quit the opposite. I brought in the dress I was to wear in my sister's wedding to have it shortened slightly and a taken in darted in a couple of places. I was nervous because it was such a delicate fabric. When I picked the dress up, they had done such flawless seems, that at first I thought they hadn't touched it all. That was until I tried it on and it was a perfect fit. That was my second visit to them and I have been a faithful customer ever since (4 years). I have a curvy body and love the tailored look, so I have a lot of things altered. They always do an amazing job and at an ok price. I have recomended this place to friends & only received thanks. (I do take my jeans to Dr. BlueJeans too though ; ) )

    The alterations by this tailor are highly inconsistent. The hems are quite often uneven, with wavy lines. I used to go to this tailor for convenience only, as it is close to my work. On my last trip in, the alteration was not done to my satisfaction and a person at the store apologized profusely, told me it would be an hour for it to be fixed and that it would be no problem. When I returned to the store, the owner told me it was my fault and charged me 50% more and would not return the dress to me until I paid the new amount or she would rip out the part that was fixed. No worker (there were 3 helping me) told me the fix would cost more and had I known I would not have had it done. I will no longer give this tailor my business and I suggest you do the same! If you need alterations of jeans or other pants, Dr. Blue Jeans is two doors down and provides much better work and will not cheat you!
