Founded in 1982, the Kolache Factory serves a contemporary version of a stuffed pastry roll that originated in Eastern Europe hundreds of years ago. Kolaches are available in dozens of varieties, with special offerings for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. Top sellers include bacon and egg, bacon and cheddar, Polish sausage and pepperoni and mushroom. Other favorites are Philly cheese steak, jalapeno and cheddar, cream cheese, apple and cherry.
