Terrible "service department"

Momentum BMW has the worst "service" department that I have ever experienced. They had my 745 for over one month to change the oil and brakes under warranty. I tried to discuss this with the General Manager of the dealership and he would not return my calls. Service starts at the top and this dealership has no commitment to service. On top of this, I have been called for a survet on a 530 that I do not even own. Then they send me the receipt for the repair work with some other poor persons payment receipt. These guys are clowns!!!!!!
