Greg Norman's Australian Restaurant features outstanding Australian cuisine. Diners feast on traditional fare like yabbies, tasman sea mussels and rack of lamb. The decor engages the eye as well as the palate. Customers in the main dining room relax at handmade tables made of dark Australian wood and admire the ceiling painted to look like the sky. There are colorful Aboriginal paintings throughout the facility. There's a visible wine cellar with over 12, 000 bottles.
