World's Largest Beer Garden

As an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan, I still think that Wrigley and the surrounding area is an absolute must for any baseball fan. I enjoy the atmosphere and the Cubbies. If you make it a day game, which is a must anyways, make sure to come early and enjoy the establishments around the stadium, and stay late to hit all the places you missed before the game. Great place!

Greatest Place in the World

The Friendly Confines of Wrigley Field is how I imagine heaven to be. A beautiful ballpark in the middle of an old Chicago neighborhood filled with friends all watching the greatest team in the world, The Chicago Cubs. Hot Dogs, peanuts, and ice cold Old Style make Wrigley Field exceptional.
I have been to museums and attractions around the world, The Louvre, Saint Marks Bascillica, Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, but none of these places have the beauty and history that you will find at Wrigley Field.

Not a better place in the world

The Chicago Cubs are the most revered team in all of baseball. The fans of the Cubs are the definition of fanatic. They love the game and their beloved team. It does not matter that the Cubs have not won the World Series since 1908, they are still in the top 5 in attendance every year. When the White Sox, just a few miles to the south, won the world series they packed their horrible, mall of a stadium, however when the White Sox are not winning, there are no fans at the game at all. They are not fans, they are bandwagon jumpers. The Cubs have fans! Wrigley field is and old ballpark and a national treasure. Just being there is like going to the great cathedrals of the world. For me and tens of thousands of other true baseball fans, it is better than going to La Louvre, St Marks Bascillica or The Vatican. It is that important. To sit in the stands during a Cubs game, drinking and Old Style and eating a kosher hot dog is a wondrous, perfect experience. With the exception of my daughters birth, every other perfect moment of my life was a Wrigley. A day spent at The Friendly Confines of Wrigley Field, even during a 10 run loss, is better than any other day spent any other way. This is not an opinion, it is a fact, and anyone telling you anything different is a Sox or Cardinals fan. And as we all know, they do not matter.
