The restaurant has won several awards for the quality of food and service. Karlings has been on Florida Trend's top 200 restaurants many times during the years of operation. The restaurant is a small swiss chalet looking building with tapestry on the walls and hand carved wine cabinets as well as hand made stained glass windows and door.
