I heard wonderful things about their bra fittings and bras in general. I also heard that if I didn't like something, I could even return it free of charge via UPS. I booked my fitting and thought I would probably splurge on just one bra for now because I heard they also get very expensive. I got there, and nobody looked up at me. My fitter took me into the room and told me to take my top off. She told me everything that was wrong with my current bra, but also told me that I didn't know what I was doing. She instructed me to take my bra off and then pointed out where I was doing tissue damage and that I was causing my breasts to sag. For being topless with a woman moments after meeting her, she was not even attempting to be polite or friendly. She brought 7 bras and then told me to try on a sports bra even though I said I did not want one. She grilled me on my bra care technique and said that I have to know what I am doing or I will ruin my bras. The fitting did show me that I was wearing the wrong size, so I thought I would look around to find something I want. What was on the wall was not available in most sizes and what was available had no color options. Then, the icing on the cake came when I actually did choose to buy a bra to see if the new fit really did make a difference and I was told they don't do refunds after I'd been charged $92 for one bra (the lowest priced one available in my size). After all that, I was asked again if I really didn't need any of their wash and after I declined she said okay and then (begrudgingly) said she would throw a few sample packs in there. The bra fitting may give you some helpful insight on what to look for when you shop for bras, but its not worth the money to try and find a bra there.
