Today, 3rd generation Carmine Gambacorta joins Rosalia and expands the family business into a full service upscale gourmet Italian marketplace. In addition to the full selection of fresh baked breads and deserts that put Rosalia on the map, we have added a full Salumeria department, a Pasta shop, a Paninoteca as well as a Cafe which includes homemade Gelato and Gourmet Brick Oven Pizza. All of which are carried on in the Rosalia tradition which is committed to exceptional product and service.
