\"Assisted Living, Nursing, Long Term Care or Custodial Care\"

\"Long Term Care\" or Custodial Care - This area can accommodate 74 residents. Accommodations include private and semi-private rooms. Semiprivate rooms are two to a room and a shared bathroom. Although referred to as our custodial unit services provided includes any skilled service from wound care to feeding tubes and diabetic monitoring.

Assisted Living - The unit referred to as assisted living offers a variety of nursing services including some skilled services provided in a very homelike setting. Perhaps your needs only include diabetic monitoring, insulin administration and medication monitoring, this unit staffed with an RN twenty fours a day and nursing assistants can meet these complex yet important needs and still provide you or your loved one with a sense of home and independence.

Rehabilitation Unit - This last area of our facility provides semi private accommodations with a wall between the two beds. This offers the feel of a private room and lots of space for personal items to give it that home like atmosphere. For those planning a short stay in the rehab program, a state of the art rehabilitation gym comes equipped with exercise equipment and a training kitchen for safety and discharge planning. This equipment is available to all residents.
