    I wanted to let you know that the finest service I have ever received by a plumber was from your plumber. I had a plumbing emergency on a Friday night. i called your office and the most courteous plumber agreed to come over immediately. He had a very respectful attitude and did the work efficiently and quickly. I got your number from Angie's List and now you are the plumber I would call and recommend to my friends.

    It was a pleasure to return from my job and find my home in order. Not only did everything work well again, but there were no dirty parts left behind and all cleaned up to my satisfaction(and that's hard to do). Thank you very much for the professional job.

    Called them to find a gas leak between gas meter and four other points. At the end of the first day, the plumber had replaced half the connections and it was clear he didn't want to be there. At the end of the second day, practically all connections had been replaced with the exception of the fireplace. When the job was finished, he informed me that he had decided not to reconnect it. The Gas Company still found a leak which turned out to be the plumber's flex-hose connection to my stove. The bill was over $2500.00. Management said they would reimburse me for the amount of the flex-hose. That really made me feel better about this company.

    I had a big mess when the water heater went out. Ray and his team got right on it, and didn't cost much. I only had some water to clean up.

    The quality of work was good but the price was out of site. I was given no estimate. Why would I need an estimate for the replacement of a 4" piece of pipe near my pool motor. The last time similiar work was done at my home the cost was 1/2 of the current price. $205.00 for the job? I guess I'm in the wrong business. They of course are not interested in any resolution.
